CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be charged 100% of your service total with your card on file. or paid before making new appointment, Please message my cell to cancel your appointment. Emails and direct messages on instagram/facebook/google do not suffice as cancellation notice within the 48 hour period. NO SHOWS: 100% of the service total will be charged for the appointment booked. LATE POLICY: A $15 fee will be added to the service total for any client who arrives past 15 minutes to their appointment time. Any additional time past 15 minutes will be a $25 late fee. Clients who show up more than 20 minutes late run the risk of having their service shortened or cancelled all together and will still be charged the full amount of the services booked. Tardiness creates a disruption for the nail artist’s schedule and other clients who are scheduled after your appointment time. We stand firmly by all our policies.
